San eLearning Tour

Adventist Healthcare has an San eLearning website, to improve your training experience and provide you with more options to learn anywhere, anytime, on any device. 

San eLearning gives you the flexibility to fit your learning around your work and lifestyle.

San eLearning website allows you to complete your AHCL Orientation, Annual Mandatory training and some Clinical packages, from work or home. More courses, both clinical and non-clinical, will be added to the website over time.

AHCL Orientation

Welcome to Adventist Healthcare.

To help you settle in, you will need to complete the AHCL Orientation training available on the San eLearning website.

This must be completed either on or before your first day of employment.

Logging on

Welcome to San eLearning.

This site is only for Employees of Adventist HealthCare Limited. If you are a volunteer, clinical student, agency nurse or a contractor, please visit the eCommunity website.

How can Employees access this site?

Upon commencement of employment, all employees are sent an email with details of how to login to their eLearning account.
Read your email, and follow these steps:
  1.  Click on the web link it contains.
  2.  Your account will be confirmed and you will be logged in.
  3.  Now, select the course you want to participate in.
  4.  Click "enrol" in the course.
  5.  You can now access the full course. From now on you will only need to enter your new username and password to log in and access any course you have enrolled in.

Forgotten your Username or Password

To access San eLearning, you need to use your eLearning Username and Password. 

Employees:

  • You will be provided with this upon commencement of employment via an email. 

 

Non-Employees:

  • You need to create your own account on the eCommunity website. 

Please keep these details in a secure place. 

 

Forgotten your Username or Password:

  • To access your username or reset your password, go to your login page and click on Forgotten your username or password? 
  • Please note, you have TWO logins, one for SanApps and one for eLearning. Your eLearning username is your firstnamelastname.
  • If you have an existing account, an email will be sent to your email address, with instructions on how to get access again.

  • This website is compatible with any of the following web browsers: Google Chrome 11, Firefox 4, Safari 5, Internet Explorer 8

 

Email Address

  • You will need to supply an email address when creating your eLearning account. 
  • If you don't have one, we suggest you create a free Gmail account.

 

Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader

  • This icon indicates a PDF file in Adobe Acrobat.  Many eLearning resources are in this format. If you can’t open these files, you will need to download this free application.

  • Many eLearning resources are in this format.  If you do not have these applications, then you may be able to open these applications with Open Office.

Creating an email account

You will need to supply an email address so we can create your eLearning account. 

If you don't have one, we suggest you create a free Gmail account.

Once you have created your email account, please provide this information to HR or send an email to eLearning.support@sah.org.au
